At Pure Sleep, we believe that a great night’s sleep starts with the right mattress—one that fits your unique comfort needs. But we also understand that choosing a mattress isn’t always easy. What feels perfect in a showroom for ten minutes might not feel the same after a full night’s rest. That’s why we proudly offer our Comfort Guarantee—your assurance that if your new mattress isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. 

With our Comfort Guarantee, you have the flexibility to adjust the firmness of your Pure Sleep mattress—softer or firmer—at no additional cost*, ensuring you get the comfort and support your body truly needs. 

Comfort Guarantee Overview 

We want you to be completely confident in your mattress purchase. To help with that, we offer a 60-day Comfort Guarantee exclusively to the original purchaser of a Pure Sleep mattress. 

We encourage all customers to visit our showroom and test various models to find the mattress that best suits their preferences. However, we understand that your body may need time to adjust to a new sleep surface. That’s why we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 consecutive nights before requesting a firmness adjustment. 

If, after that time, the mattress still doesn’t feel right, simply contact us to arrange a free firmness adjustment. We’ll pick up your mattress, return it to our factory, and replace the comfort layer with one that’s either firmer or softer—based on your feedback. 

Terms & Conditions 

To be eligible for the Comfort Guarantee, the following conditions must be met: 

• The mattress must be purchased in-store and tested in our showroom prior to purchase. 

• The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. 

• The mattress must have a minimum retail value of $1,000. 

• A mattress protector must be purchased at the time of sale to help keep the mattress in like-new condition. 

• The mattress must be in clean and sanitary condition when returned. 

• The Comfort Guarantee applies only to customers within our free delivery area. Purchases made outside this area or without showroom testing are not eligible. 

• Pure Sleep is not responsible for providing a replacement mattress while your mattress is being adjusted. Customers should plan accordingly during the adjustment period. 

Adjustment Process 

If you’re within our local delivery area, we’ll arrange to collect the mattress from your original delivery address. It will then be returned to our factory for the comfort layer adjustment. The entire process typically takes up to one week, depending on your location and current product availability.
