Free Local Delivery
Pure Sleep offers free local delivery to residents of Southeast Queensland within the following areas:
- From Noosa (postcode 4567) on the Sunshine Coast down to Currumbin (postcode 4223) on the Gold Coast.
- Extending west to Kilcoy (postcode 4515).
- Up to an 80km radius from our factory direct store.
This complimentary delivery service is available for customers who purchase a mattress valued at $1,000 or more. Purchases under $1,000 or deliveries outside the designated free delivery area will incur an additional delivery fee.
Please note: Delivery is only available to addresses accessible by our delivery vehicles. Locations requiring ferry access or involving unsealed roads are excluded from the free delivery offer.
Paid Delivery (Outside the Free Delivery Area)
Customers located outside our free delivery area can still arrange delivery. We will coordinate delivery through a third-party carrier; however, please note that old mattress removal is not available when using a third-party service.

Free Removal Service
Within the free delivery area, Pure Sleep provides complimentary removal and recycling of your old mattress, subject to the following conditions:
- The old mattress must be in a clean and sanitary condition.
- The item must be easily accessible and removable within 10 minutes of our team’s arrival.
- For every mattress or base purchased valued at $1,000 or more, we will remove one corresponding item (mattress or base) free of charge. For example:
- If one qualifying item is purchased, one item can be removed.
- If two qualifying items are purchased, up to two items can be removed free of charge.
