Pure Sleep Refund and Returns Policy

At Pure Sleep, we do not offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases. All mattresses are made to order, and once production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returns are only accepted for products with faults in materials or workmanship. Prior written approval is required before returning any item. An authorization number must be issued before the return can proceed.

Any refund issued will be at the discretion of the Director and will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable.

Please note that all Pure Sleep mattresses are covered by a pro-rata warranty of 12 months, 2 years, 5 years, or 10 years, depending on the specific product.
